Shine On, Baltimore: Don’t Miss Your Chance to Celebrate at Light City

0

For the third year in a row, Kaiser Permanente helped Baltimore shine as a sustaining partner for the annual Light City festival, which kicked off on Saturday, April 14 with the Opening Parade. During the event, Kaiser Permanente employees and their families joined local Baltimore community groups to walk around the 1.5-mile tour of art installations. As the exclusive sponsor of the Opening Parade, Kaiser Permanente led the parade and Kim Horn joined Mayor Pugh to kick of the event. Thank you to everyone who played a part in planning, executing, and volunteering to make it a monumental success!

The Thrive Garden in West Shore Park has also been a huge success during Light City. Kaiser Permanente exclusively sponsors two art exhibits located here: On the Wings of Freedom and Prismatica. The Thrive Garden also is home to two gigantic “Shine On Baltimore” signs.

The Thrive Garden is open until Saturday, April 21, so be sure to stop by to take in the bright lights.

Kaiser Permanente employees and their family and friends still have an opportunity to participate in special Light City events. Find out more below.
