As part of National Disability Awareness Month, KPMAS Diversity & Inclusion and Recruitment teams were invited to attend a reception sponsored by the District of Columbia Department on Disability Services. At the reception, we were surprised to find out we were being recognized for our new and continuing partnership with them. Over the past five months, we’ve partnered with them to conduct mock interviews, resume writing and attend their career fairs. We plan to continue our partnership with them and we’re excited to be working with their Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services, Sylvia Baily-Charles, to outline a more comprehensive collaboration.
