Kaiser Permanente to Host World AIDS Day on December 1

World AIDS Day is about increasing awareness about HIV prevention and increasing education about HIV disease and the fight against it. As part of our Whole Health and Wellness Series, Kaiser Permanente is hosting World AIDS Day on Friday, December 1, with events including no-appointment-needed HIV screening and information booths from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at our Largo, Capitol Hill, Baltimore Harbor, Gaithersburg, and Tysons Corner Medical Centers. The Infectious Disease care team is presenting HIV/AIDS seminars from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Largo, Capitol Hill, Gaithersburg, and Tysons Corner; and from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Baltimore Harbor.
