Sabrena Smith, RN, does just that. Sabrena leads the Hematology department at Kaiser Permanente’s Woodlawn Medical Center. From safety and quality, to customer service, Sabrena shows the utmost dedication to Kaiser Permanente members on a daily basis.
Sabrena constantly seeks ways to enhance the care that Kaiser Permanente patients and family members receive. She truly is a patient advocate and stays connected with patients and family members on a regular basis to assure them that Kaiser Permanente cares for them in and out of the medical center. She really makes them feel like a member of the Kaiser Permanente family.
