Call for Nominations: 2019 Recognizing Outstanding Staff and Excellence in Care Awards

When members enter our facilities at Kaiser Permanente, they’re expecting excellent care and service at every touchpoint, from the moment they’re greeted by the receptionist to the time they stop by the pharmacy or lab on their way out. It’s all of our jobs to make sure, together, we’re making Every Moment Matter for our members. It’s also important to recognize when employees go above and beyond the call of duty to give members an exceptional experience. That’s why, for the second year, Regional Patient Care Services is now accepting nominations for the 2019 Recognizing Outstanding Staff and Excellence in Care (ROSE) Awards.

The ROSE Award recognizes non-nursing, member-facing, unlicensed personnel (including clinical assistants, technicians, phlebotomists, receptionists, etc.) who exemplify outstanding service and excellence in caring for our members. The rose was chosen for this award because it represents life, friendship, and optimism while maintaining wisdom and knowledge. And just as roses keep blossoming year after year, our non-nursing staff play an integral part of Kaiser Permanente to keep our patients’ lives brighter and healthier.

Nominations are now open through September 1 for the 2019 ROSE Awards. For more information and to submit a nomination, please click here.
