More than 100 People Struck a ‘Warrior K’ Pose at Yoga in the Outfield

Thank you to all who came out to Yoga in the Outfield this June at Nationals Park! The event was a success with 130 participants ranging from yoga enthusiasts to beginners and everyone in between. The program included a special “Warrior K” pose, and KP yoga assistants helped participants throughout the 45-minute session.

As part of KP’s larger Thrive campaign, the event showed attendees how to maintain active and mindful lifestyles while having fun. Each participant left with a KP/Nationals co-branded yoga mat, a bottled water, and materials on Ways to Thrive, including information on Chair Yoga, Meditation and Affirmation, Mindful Eating Techniques, and more. We hope that everyone had a great time and will continue to incorporate healthy habits and fitness in their everyday lives!
