Kaiser is a great place to work, but it can be an awesome place to work if Kaiser Permanente/Union rules, policies and guide lines are followed by the letter. unfortunately their are several people who have experienced in the past and present applying for a job that they felt they were qualified for and had the seniority and still didn’t get the job, because our Kaiser managers are offering positions to inside and outside people who don’t have time and sometimes very little experience and it’s not fair when we have devoted our time as longtime employees and we can’t advance, because we are always picked over, so who will stand up and be the voice for us? I don’t think it’s fair or right to have to file a grievance to get the job that we are suppose to have in the first place and again I love working for Kaiser, but we have lots of room for improvement.
