As part of our commitment to provide our members with convenient access to care, on Monday, August 10th, we celebrated the grand opening of the new Kaiser Permanente Lanham Rehabilitation Center.
The new, state-of-the-art rehabilitation center is conveniently located at 4400 Forbes Blvd., Lanham, Maryland, 20706 and is less than 5 miles away from our Largo Medical Center.
The new facility has dedicated rehabilitation space designed to improve our members’ care experience. As always, we are working with our members to ensure that their care is not interrupted by this relocation of services.
