Each year, Kaiser Permanente’s National Nursing Extraordinary Nurse Award Program recognizes nurses who best exemplify our nursing vision and demonstrate in their practice all six of the Kaiser Permanente nursing values: professionalism, patient- and family-centric care, compassion, teamwork, excellence and integrity. This program acknowledges our extraordinary nurses in all eight regions and across the continuum of care and their outstanding contributions to Kaiser Permanente achieving its mission of total health for our members, patients, and the communities we serve.
