Join Us for Our First Annual Thriving After 60 Day on Saturday

This Saturday, May 6, marks our first annual Thriving After 60 Day, an event where members, their families, and friends age 60+ can discover ways to be healthy, fit, and active, both physically and mentally. Attendees will get to experience valuable educational workshops led by our expert physicians and staff, as well as wellness activities including yoga, meditation, Qi-Gong, and more. Take a look at the event schedule below for more details:

 

Registration: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Lunch and Opening Remarks: 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Wellness Activities: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Adult Vaccines (members only): 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Educational Workshops: 1-1:45 p.m.; 2-2:45 p.m.; and 3-3:45 p.m.

Thriving After 60 Day is on Saturday, May 6, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, 5701 Marinelli Rd., North Bethesda, MD 20852. Free bus transportation will be provided from our Largo, South Baltimore, and Tysons Corner Medical Centers. The event is offered at no cost to members and their guests, and complimentary parking is available at 6130 Executive Boulevard, Rockville, MD 20852 (shuttle transportation will be provided to the hotel throughout the day).
