Kaiser Permanente Partnership with FX Well Officially Kicks Off

It’s Time to Get Active!

As you are aware, we have recently partnered with FX Well to enhance our workplace and help us become the healthiest workforce in health care. On March 30th, a select group of  Live Well Be Well Champions joined Kaiser Permanente leadership to officially kick off our partnership launch with FX Well. Participants got to experience a team workout and hear from wellness speakers to get them pumped up for their duties as Champions. Attendees learned more about FX Well and their offerings this year to the Kaiser Permanente community, including group fitness classes and digital challenges. Our Live Well Be Well Wellness Champions are leaders in the workplace and now have valuable knowledge to bring back to their locations to help us become the healthiest workforce in health care. Now it’s your turn to engage with your site’s Wellness Champions and use them as a resource to participate in the FX Well program.

The “TEAM 20 for 20” Challenge is coming: UPDATED START DATE!
On Monday, April 17, the FX Well TEAM “20 for 20” challenge begins, where all KPMAS employees can work in teams with the goal to be active for 20 minutes a day for 20 consecutive days. The top eight teams will compete in an “Elite Eight” championship round and enter to win the grand prize and immense bragging rights. To compete in the TEAM “20 for 20” Fitness challenge, you must activate your account by April 13 in the FX Well Hub (for Kaiser Permanente employees only), a central digital location that allows you to sign up for complimentary group fitness classes, compete in challenges, and analyze your health and wellness behaviors.
