DESCRIPTION:For the second year in a row\, we are excited to announce that Kaiser Permanente is a lead partner for Light City Baltimore\, the nation’s first large-scale light\, music\, and innovation festival that debuted in 2016 with more than 400\,000 attendees. Light City Baltimore 2017 will take place March 31 through April 8. The festival will be open from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on weeknights and until midnight on the weekends.
