Kaiser Permanente is pleased to return as a sponsor of the 4th Annual Madonnari Arts Festival in Little Italy Baltimore.
The festival will feature 50 visual artists, who will paint the street of Little Italy. The festival has become a common celebration throughout American and the world. There will also be live theatre and music performances onsite.
