Once again, our world-class Permanente physicians and Kaiser Permanente employees were recognized this year for the outstanding care they deliver to our patients. We received a series of especially spectacular quality accolades this year, and the data points speak to our commitment to quality and a long-standing pattern of excellence. Across the entire spectrum, the quality of care you provide is amazing.
It is important to note that our continued quality awards occurred at the same time as our unprecedented, year over year membership growth. Thank you for so gracefully meeting the demands that come with membership growth. The region is also achieving its financial goals and we are having a meaningful impact on improving the health of the communities we serve here in the Mid-Atlantic region.
As we kick off the holiday season with Thanksgiving, we want to take time over the next few weeks to highlight and thank you for your incredible achievements. We especially want to celebrate the many ways you provide the highest quality care to our members. Be on the lookout for some surprises.
